A few of the thunderstorms developing along a cold front
may become strong to severe after 3:00 this afternoon.
The Storm Prediction Center has placed much of the area
in the Slight Risk category for severe weather as a few storms
will potentially produce large hail and damaging winds gusts.
A wind advisory goes into effect this evening for parts of southeast MN and northeast IA.
