Video: Tow Truck Driver Tried to Tow Someone at a Stoplight

Someone in San Francisco got footage of a tow truck driver trying to tow a car at a stoplight . . . with two people inside. They had to back up so he didn’t lift them off the ground. (After a couple attempts, he speeds off on a yellow light.)

People think the driver should be charged with attempted kidnapping.  The company is called Specialty Towing, and the city canceled contracts with them earlier this year. They’d been illegally towing parked cars and basically holding them for ransom.
