Toddler Diagnosed with Extremely Rare Uncombable Hair Syndrome

A Georgia toddler has been diagnosed with a very rare genetic condition referred to as “uncombable hair“.  Here is the toddler’s mother Katelyn Samples talking about 16-month-old Lock Samples’ odd condition that leaves his hair springy and literally unable to tame.

He even has his own Instagram page…with over 5,000 followers.
