Road Work On County W4B In Winneshiek County

Road work set to to begin on County Road W4B in Winneshiek County on Monday, June 24th.

Beginning Monday, June 24th, the Frankville Road, Co. Rd. W4B, will be closed to through traffic from Iowa Highway #9 to the Winneshiek / Allamakee County line, east of the town of Frankville. The entire width of the roadway will be unpassable due to roadway excavation as crews remove and reconstruct the crossroad culverts. The road is expected to be closed the duration of the summer months.
