If you threaten to karate kick a cop, steal his patrol car, sue him for a million dollars, and then throw a slice of deli meat at him, you’re only going to end up in jail.
A police officer in Port Orange, Florida responded to a 911 call from a worker at a smoke shop who said a man kept coming into the store and was bothering her. She said he tried to walk behind the counter and had grabbed some merchandise. The officer confronted the man, identified as William Busi, outside the store and told him he was not allowed to go back inside because he would be trespassing. That’s when Busi started doing a lot of talking and making outrageous claims. He told the officer that he had spent 18 months in prison and that he was suing the sheriff. He then claimed that the worker inside the store was holding $2,000 worth of merchandise that belongs to him.
The more he spoke, the angrier he became and he asked the officer to move closer to him so that they could brawl. He attempted a karate kick and claimed to be a black belt in karate and judo, and that the officer is “going to be in a world of hurt.” He continued and said he was going to steal the officer’s gun and Walkie Talkie, and the drive away in his patrol car. The officer reminded him that if he goes into the store he will be arrested for trespassing, and that’s when Busi threw a slice of deli meat at him, which hit him in the chest, and said “go ahead, arrest me.” So, that’s what the officer did. Busi is charged with battery of a law enforcement officer. (Fox News)
