Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, police pulled Nicholas Layton over on Friday night when they noticed his license plates didn’t match the vehicle. During the course of the stop, officers also noticed that Layton was impaired and he was arrested for a fourth OWI offense and bail jumping. Layton’s lawyer will have their work cut out for them as officers noted the aforementioned license plates were made from cardboard beer cartons.
