Iowa High School Football Playoffs are underway at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, and the first game yesterday in 8-Player was a BARN BURNER!!! Remsen St. Mary’s beat Montezuma, 108-94…..yes that is a football score. According to the Iowa High School Athletic Association, the game is the highest scoring in Iowa Football history, with a combined 202 points. WOW!!!
Final: St. Mary’s, Remsen 108, Montezuma 94. This Eight-Player semifinal is the highest combined point total in #iahsfb history (202). Hawks set a single-team playoff scoring record and advance to next week’s final.
