Florida Man has idea to stop Hurricanes..ICE..More ICE!

Hurricane Dorian continues to make its way up the east coast, a Florida man has a few ideas on how to combat hurricanes.

Idea number #1: Drop blocks of ice into the ocean to cool down the water..

Idea number #2: Have the Air Force fly planes into the hurricane and fly the opposite direction to slow it down..

Get this guy to Washington D.C. ASAP!!!
