The year 1982….. E.T., Tootsie, and Blade Runner dominated the big screen, and Cheers, Knight Rider and Newhart all made their TV debut.  Other memorable introductions from 40 years ago include; Bud Light, CD Players, Diet Coke, Drakkar Noir, Runts, and Pepsi Free….just to name a few.
