Blake Shelton To Host Opry 100 Celebration

Blake Shelton is back in the spotlight, but it’s only to shine another spotlight on country music’s most respected institution, the Grand Ole Opry.

Blake is set to host Opry 100: A Live Celebration — a three-hour special featuring performances from country’s biggest stars and Opry members like Ashley McBryde, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood, Clint Black, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Marty Stuart, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins, Trisha Yearwood, and Vince Gill.

In addition, Opry fan favorites like Amy Grant, Eric Church, Jelly Roll and The War and Treaty will take the stage, and the legendary Randy Travis is scheduled to make an appearance as well. Additional guests will be announced soon.

Blake says, “Becoming a member of the Opry is a highlight of my life and career, and 15 years later I still get that same feeling of reverence and excitement every time I walk out on that stage. The Grand Ole Opry has been connecting the country music family for 100 years, and I’m so proud to be part of this historic celebration.”

Opry 100: A Live Celebration airs March 19th at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and streams on Peacock. A limited number of tickets for the event will go on sale January 31st on the Opry website.
