2025 Easter Egg Hunts

Here is a list of Easter Egg Hunts happening in our area!

-Peppy Pals/Mendon Hustlers 4-H Club Easter Egg Hunt is happening Saturday, April 12th at the Clayton County Fairgrounds.  Ages: 0-3, 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12.  Staggered start time for each age group.

Decorah Parks & Recreation Easter Egg Hunt is on Sunday, April 13th, beginning promptly at 3:00 pm, at Will Baker Athletic Fields. Children find plastic eggs filled with candy or prizes and all egg hunters receive participation gifts at the close of the Hunt. The Easter Bunny will also be there so bring your cameras! After you register online, please stop into the Park Rec office to pick up your Easter basket before the 13th!  Fee us $5 per child.  Registration deadline in Friday, April 11th.


-Waukon Easter Egg Hun is happening Saturday, April 19th at the Waukon City Park. Registration will begin at 10:00 am, with the hunt beginning at 10:30 am.  5 and under at the Wood Park, and 6-10 year-olds at the Lower Shelter.  Prizes or bikes, cash and more! -The Red Barn Campground and Restaurant in Lansing is hosting their 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19th from 1:00-3:00 PM. Get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Bring your basket and fill it up with some goodies!

-The City of Ossian and The Ossian Crown Club are sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19th at 10:00 am at the South Winneshiek Middle School Playground in Ossian.  Children 5th Grade and under.

-Community Breakfast & Easter Egg Hunt is is happening Saturday, April 19th from 8:00-10:30 AM at the Retreat Methodist Fellowship Hall(E3426 County Road N, De Soto). Easter Egg Hunt will start around 10.  Check out the Bake Sale Feat. Easter Cookies!

-The Clermont Community Club’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, April 19th in the city park promptly at 9:30am.  Kids will be separated into 4 age groups (0-3, 4-5, 6-8 & 9-11). Make sure to bring an Easter basket or bag, along with your camera in case somebody hops in for a visit.

-The 2nd Annual Fort Atkinson Public Library Easter Egg Hunt is happening Saturday, April 12th at 10:00 AM at the Fort Atkinson Public Park. Meet the Easter Bunny and get your picture taken before racing around to get some eggs! Free will donations taken. Questions? Call 563-534-2222 or email webmaster@fortatkinson.lib.ia.us.

-The 4-H Toppers Annual Easter Egg Hunt is set for Saturday, April 19th at 10:00 AM at the Waterville Community Center. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the local food shelf. In the case of inclement weather, the hunt will be held in the gymnasium.  Ages 10 and under.

-Easter Egg Hunt at the Waucoma City Park on Saturday, April 19th at 9:00 am.  Bring your own basket.  Cookies provided by the Eden Outer Limits 4-H Group.

-The Calmar/Springfield Luther League are hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19 at 9:00 AM at the Inwood Riverside Park in Spillville. Bring your own container/basket. The Easter Bunny will be there for pictures.  Arrive early and sign up for door prizes.

-Stoddard Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19th at 10:00 am at the Stoddard Village Park.  Prizes, Candy and the Easter Bunny.
