600 to 100 lionhead rabbits are bouncing around the Jenada Isles in Florida. After a breeder illegally set a group of them free, the rabbits have multiplied, and some neighbors are hopping mad. “They really need to be rescued,” Florida resident Alicia Griggs said. Griggs is trying to raise the money it would take to capture, neuter, vaccinate, and house these cute pets. When loose, these cuddly creatures dig holes, chew wires, and leave their droppings on sidewalks.
