Northeast Iowa RSVP is looking for Pen Pals

Come join in on the fun!  This year RSVP volunteers will be writing to about 360 3rd graders at St. Pat’s, Waukon, and New Albin in Allamakee County, Crestwood and Notre Dame in Howard County, and St. Ben’s and Decorah in Winneshiek County.  If you are 55 or better and interested in writing 3-4 letters to a local 3rd-grade student, please contact RSVP at 563-277-5181, rsvp@decorahlibrary.org, or fill out an online application at https://www.decorahlibrary.org/rsvp  Northeast Iowa RSVP Volunteers make a difference every day!
