Wet snow will continue this afternoon with additional accumulations of 1-2 inches. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 3 pm for Fillmore, Houston, Winona, La Crosse, and Vernon Counties.

A band of snow will continue to move through portions of southeast Minnesota into central Wisconsin this afternoon. Expect additional accumulations of generally 1 to 2 inches, with higher amounts on ridge tops and lower amounts in valleys. Rain will gradually mix in with the snow through this afternoon as temperatures increase. Roads will remain slick and snow-covered this afternoon, with some potentially remaining that way as we approach the evening commute. Take your time if traveling.
