Weather: Heavy rain a possibility

Showers and storms are expected today into Thursday. Rainfall in the 1/2 to 2 inch range is expected, but locally higher amounts could occur. Flooding is not expected at this time but those with outside interests, especially along river ways, may want to pay close attention to rising water levels.
