Pool-noodle hat helps enforce social distancing

Restaurants reopened in Germany last week, and Café Rothe celebrated by handing out pool-noodle hats to patrons. According to the owners, it was a way to still enforce social distancing rules, but also add some humor to the situation. “In these difficult times it’s a pleasure to make others smile,” restaurant owner Jacqueline Rothe told Insider.
