The World’s Ugliest Dog!

The World’s Ugliest Dog has been crowned at California’s Sonoma-Marin Fair. The winner, if you want to call it that, was “Scamp the Tramp,” who was rescued off the streets of Compton and now lives in Santa Rosa, California. Scamp has gray dreadlocks, frizzy fur and a tongue that hangs out and has been the Sebastopol Senior Center’s therapist dog for the past seven years.
