Canadian Highway Turns Into Salad bar

A highway in Ontario, Canada was turned into the world’s largest salad bar after a truck overturned and spilled a huge load of celery all over a stretch of highway.

Ontario Provincial Police shut down traffic and issued an alert telling drivers there was “so much celery” on Highway 400. Video of the spill shows thousands of stalks of celery strewn across all lanes of traffic and a tractor trailer on its side. The highway was closed for several hours while crews worked to remove the truck and clean up all of the veggies. Luckily, no injuries were reported.
