Parent Picking up Kid from School Stopped in Vehicle with No Doors or Seatbelts

Earlier this month, a parent in Canada got pulled over while on their way to pick up their kids in a dilapidated vehicle.  The photo of the truck has gone viral and it features no passenger-side door, no seatbelts, with an open back, and seats exposed.
