Wisconsin: The Traffic Cone Hat

The Eau Claire, WI Police Department posted an interesting photo on their Facebook the other day…..a person standing next to a car with a traffic cone on their head!  The image was captured by one of their public space cameras.  As Jerry Lee Lewis would say, “What’s made Milwaukee famous has made a fool out of me.”
