The combination of very warm temperatures and high humidity will make for dangerously hot conditions today. Heat indices for much of the area are expected to top out in the 90s to lower 100s. If you have outdoor plans, take precautions to protect you and your family from the heat. Reschedule activities to avoid the hottest part of the day, drink plenty of water, and seek air conditioned locations to cool down.
It’s a HOT one today. Make sure you take precautions to protect yourself, family and pets from the heat. Cooler, less humid air moves in Thu. #mnwx #iawx #wiwx #HeatAdvisory pic.twitter.com/bqHJ9kMIu7
